"Associations (Amendment) Law Proposal" Referred to Parliament's General Assembly by Committee
The "Associations (Amendment) Law Proposal" has been referred to the General Assembly by the Assembly of the Republic, Law, Political Affairs, and Foreign Relations Committee. The committee held a meeting today under the chairmanship of UBP Deputy Committee Chairman Yasemi Öztürk. The proposed law, put forward by UBP Lefke Deputy Storm Karanfil, was unanimously approved by the committee, and now advanced to the General Assembly agenda. The meeting was attended by committee members UBP Deputies Sadık Gardiyanoğlu and CTP Deputy Product Solyalı. The details of the proposed amendment are not yet known.
