Minister of Finance Alişan Şan Issues Message for Night of Power
The Minister of Finance of Turkey, Alişan Şan, has issued a message in honor of the Night of Power. The holy night, which is considered better than a thousand months, is celebrated by Muslims around the world during the last ten days of Ramadan.
In his message, Şan expressed his hope that the Night of Power would bring blessings to Turkey, the Islamic world, and humanity as a whole. He also extended his condolences to those who lost their lives in the earthquake that struck Turkey in February, and prayed for the recovery of those affected by the disaster.
"As we approach the last days of Ramadan, the Sultan of 11 Months, whose head is mercy, whose middle is forgiveness, and whose end is salvation from hell, we are experiencing the excitement of having attained the Night of Power, which is better than a thousand months," Şan said in his message.
"On this night, where resentments and resentments are forgotten, and the unifying aspect of love, respect and tolerance in our lives is much more prominent, I wish mercy to our people who lost their lives in the earthquake disaster that took place in the Motherland of Turkey in February, and patience to their relatives and our beloved nation. I pray to Allah Almighty that humanity will get rid of the difficult process it is going through as soon as possible."
The Night of Power, also known as Laylatul Qadr, is considered one of the holiest nights in the Islamic calendar. It is believed to be the night when the first verses of the Quran were revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, and is marked by special prayers and acts of charity by Muslims around the world.
Şan concluded his message by congratulating the Islamic world on the Night of Power and wishing that it would be a blessing for all.
