
"Minister Varank Envisions a Promising Future for Turkey with Collaborative Efforts"

The Fighting Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) competition, organized by BAYKAR, has begun at Bursa's Yunuseli Airport. The event was attended by Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank, Governor Yakup Canbolat, Metropolitan Mayor Alinur Aktaş, and AK Party Provincial President Davut Gürkan, among others. Of the 754 teams that applied for the competition in the fixed-wing category, only 22 teams and 190 competitors from 12 provinces qualified for the finals. The first team will receive 500 thousand TL, the second team 350 thousand, and the third team 250 thousand TL in the Warrior UAV.
During the competition, Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank arrived in his own Togg car and toured the competition area with the competitors. He expressed his excitement over the event, saying that TEKNOFEST has become not only Turkey's brand, but also the world's brand. He stressed that their support for young people through events such as TEKNOFEST will continue.
Varank also mentioned Turkey's automobile, stating that the country is the capital of Turkey's car. He added that their investment in people, particularly in their youth, is the most important investment. He also commended the production of Turkey's car, saying that it is now being used by all minister friends as an official vehicle.
Aside from the UAV competition and the production of Turkey's car, Varank also mentioned the recent launch of the IMECE observation satellite, which was developed and produced by Turkey with domestic and national resources. He said that Turkey is a country with high capabilities, and they will continue to invest in their youth to expand their horizons. Varank concluded his speech by expressing confidence in Turkey's future, saying that they will build the Turkish Century together.
