
Turkish Defense Minister Condemns Attack on Quran and Flag in Denmark

Turkey's Minister of National Defense, Hulusi Akar, has strongly condemned the repeated attacks on the Quran and the Turkish flag in Denmark. Speaking at a traditional fast-breaking meeting of a bank, Akar criticized some European countries for their immoral and despicable behavior towards the sacred value of the Quran. He further demanded immediate measures to be taken by the relevant governments and ministries to stop such attacks and provocations.
Akar also stressed the importance of defense and security for states, stating that they continue to carry out the most intense activities in the history of the Republic. He emphasized their determination to destroy terror nests, camps, and lairs in northern Iraq on the heads of terrorists. Akar further reminded that their only target is terrorists and they are not interested in anyone's ethnic, religious, or sectarian origins.
Lastly, Akar highlighted that a strong army always strengthens the hands of the people and representatives of that country, whether in the economy, industry, or diplomacy. He expressed his hope for the continued development and growth of Turkey's Armed Forces, which are inspired by the love, trust, and prayers of the noble nation.
