"Voice of Peace" Children's Book Launch Event Takes Place
Khora Publishing has recently held a weekend promotional event for their trilingual children's book, "Voice of Peace." The editor of the book, Nazen Şansal, expressed their dedication to children's and youth literature as a way to instill the values of peace and ecology in young readers. The event was held behind the Büyük Han in Nicosia, and author İsfendiyar Pilli spoke in Turkish and Greek about reflecting the will for peace on the island metaphorically within the pages of the book. The emphasis on promoting peace and environmentalism in children's literature highlights the importance of teaching young generations about these values.
